Subject RE: [PATCH]es Print and AWT multiple fixes

Regarding the renderers being out of sync, after this weekend there may be a
new abstract PrintRenderer class that is shared by my PCL and TXT renderers
as well as the PDF renderer. You may want to look at this to see if the
AWTRenderer would benefit from this. I took a quick peek at the AWTRenderer
and there was a little commonality to the PDFRenderer (which was the basis
for PrintRenderer), but perhaps there could be more if they where
synchronized.

I can't stop hacking around this AWT code :)

Print
- added an exit when finished printing
- sets landscape and portrait modes

AWT Fonts
- fixed null pointer exception when printing fonts
- workaround for Java bug on font metrics [Bug Id 4399887]

AWT Renderer
- fixed page references [already posted but reposted to make the patches
simple]

I also noticed that a few of the AWTRenderer and PDFRenderer methods
were out of sync and will be an ongoing problem unless the Renderer is
abstracted.

Thanks
