Hi, Joachim.

It works for me, using fop to convert to pdf. This is what my entire block looks like:

<fo:block text-align="start" white-space-collapse="false" font-family="Helvetica"
font-size="12pt"
                               font-weight="bold">- <xsl:value-of select="@checkNum"

/>: <xsl:value-of select="Problem" /><xsl:text></xsl:text>
                     </fo:block>

I use the &#X0D in other places to generate my pdf and it always works.

You mentioned HTMl though. Why would you use FOP to convert to HTML? Don't you want to
use just XSLT for that?
