As long as the specification doesn't say anything about it, you can 
probably do what ever you want unless there is some agreed on way 
to solve this (which doesn't seem to be there, because nobody 
pointed it out to us). So you can set a factor which looks reasonably 
to you and maybe we should print an information message for the 
user which informs him of the this. This would be something to ask 
the xsl editors: they rely on the intrinsic height, but this reliance is 
only useful for screen devices - not for printing.
