Date Sun, 12 Feb 2012 18:49:04 GMT

Chris A. Mattmann updated SIS-9:

    Fix Version/s: (was: 0.2-incubating)

- push out to 0.3-incubating

Right now, we are implicitly assuming WGS84, but there are plenty of others, e.g., North American
Datum of 1983 for one. As part of this, we should support conversion between different geoids,
the ability to parse and read existing files and determine their reference system (maybe this
should be an issue in itself), and conversion functions to take SIS data and go back and forth.
Of course, this has large implications on distance functions, existing geometric operators
and spatial comparators.
