It's not the same request. Because Lucia Savino asks for config portlet mode
to modify READ-ONLY preferences per portlet DEFINITION. But JS2-634 jira
record is about edit-defaults portlet mode to modify MODIFIABLE preferences
per portlet INSTANCE.
