Subject How to build a war-file for ssoportlet of JS2?
Date Mon, 25 Sep 2006 22:07:07 GMT
Hi,

I wish to make for SSOWebContentPortlet.java (from JS2.1-dev under
\jetspeed\components\web-content\src\java\org\apache\jetspeed\portlet\)
war-file and further to deploy it on a portal (not JS2).
For this purpose I have created an ANT-script and will connect necessary
libraries:
portlet-api-1.0.jar
jetspeed-api-2.1-dev.jar
jetspeed-commons-2.1-dev.jar
portals-bridges-common-1.0.jar
portals-bridges-velocity-1.0.jar
commons-codec-1.3.jar
commons-httpclient-3.0.1.jar
commons-logging-1.0.3.jar
jetspeed-components-2.1-dev.jar
jetspeed-rewriter-2.1-dev.jar - I have created it with a maven (maven
java:jar)
jetspeed-web-content-2.1-dev.jar
velocity-1.4.jar
dom4j-1.6.1.jar

But at compilation I receive an error:
C:\Entwicklung\ssoportlet>ant webapp
Buildfile: build.xml
prepare:
compile:
[javac] Compiling 2 source files to
C:\Entwicklung\ssoportlet\WebApp\WEB-INF\classes
    [javac]
C:\Entwicklung\ssoportlet\src\ssoportlet\SSOWebContentPortlet.java:234:
cannot access org.apache.velocity.context.Context
    [javac] file org\apache\velocity\context\Context.class not found
    [javac] getContext(request).put(SSO_EDIT_FIELD_PRINCIPAL,
context.getRemotePrincipalName());
    [javac] ^
    [javac] 1 error
BUILD FAILED
C:\Entwicklung\ssoportlet\build.xml:39: Compile failed; see the compiler
error output for details.
Total time: 7 seconds
C:\Entwicklung\ssoportlet>

velocity-1.4.jar has been connected. When I create a jar-file for
components\web-content
with maven (maven java:jar) all passes without error. If this portlet
without errors has been constructed by maven-script, probably I do something
not correctly.
Connect I wrong version of any library? Haw can I build a war-file?
