Hi Todd,

I suggest you contact Martin Cooper who is a Struts committer. He wants to implement the portlet
part of the struts-chain project. You can ask him about that. His email address is martinc
at apache.org

Also, subscribing to struts-dev would be good because you can follow on the current discussion
around this topic.
