dbpsml-schema.sql generation for MySQL produces spurious commas

Summary: dbpsml-schema.sql generation for MySQL produces spurious
                    commas
           Product: Jetspeed
           Version: 1.4b2-dev / CVS
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Database
        AssignedTo: jetspeed-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ewhite@rocksteady.com

I configured dbpsml.properties to point to MySQL as the db for psml data and
reran the build. The resultant src/sql/dbpsml-schema.sql file has extra commas
at the end of each SQL stanza which are syntactically incorrect.
