[PATCH] Registry level control settings for portlets was RE: [control.xreg]
<portlet-control-entry name="TitlePortletControl" ...Scott,

What do you use for applying patches? I use something called "patch.exe" but
I'm having problems applying your patches:

C:\jakarta-jetspeed-current\src\java\org\apache\jetspeed\services\persistenc
e>patch -i c:\temp\JetspeedPortalToolkitService.txt -p1
can't find file to patch at input line 8
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
The text leading up to this was:
--------------------------
|Index: JetspeedPortalToolkitService.java
|===================================================================
|RCS file:
/home/cvspublic/jakarta-jetspeed/src/java/org/apache/jetspeed/services/porta

File to patch:
Skip this patch? [y]
Skipping patch.

I could swear I was able to apply the first patch you sent
(VelocityPortletAction.txt) but not the last two. I can't figure out what's
wrong. Is there another patch program to use?

I have done so limited testing, and it doesn't seem to break anything.
