Hi, 

You will also need to make the client side change for namespace enabled property. The config file is in same location as sqlline.py (Phoenix/bin/hbase-site.xml)

I have enabled phoenix.schema.isNamespaceMappingEnabled in /etc/hbase/conf/hbase-site.xml
