    s/e.g., reserving "1.5001 CPUs" is considered equivalent to reserving "1.5 CPUs"/e.g.,
reserving "1.5123 CPUs" is considered equivalent to reserving "1.512 CPUs" ?
    
    This is more clear to reflect that three decimal digits of precision are supportted.
    
    You may also want to mention the logic here:
    1) Trailing zeros (1.500 -> 1.5).
    2) Round up (1.5015 -> 1.502)
