No objections here! I think it would be great to have the folder
structures somewhat match, except for all that silly Java 10-deep
folders for each segment of the package name.

Awesome, thanks.

I'm thinking about doing some rearrangements to make Lucene.NET 4 assembled
of assemblies and nuget packages in a way resembling the current Java
Lucene structure. I will also do some work on cleaning up the tests suite
and maybe moving to xUnit.

Any objections?
