Nicholas Paldino updated LUCENENET-221:
---------------------------------------

    Attachment: TermsHashPerField.patch
                ArrayUtil.patch

First, created a Fill method on the ArrayUtils that mimics the fill method on the Array class
in Java:

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/util/Arrays.html

Then, updated the code in TermsHashPerField to more closely mimic the current version of the
reset function in Java:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene/java/trunk/src/java/org/apache/lucene/index/TermsHashPerField.java

The current implementation was looping through to numPostingsInt, not numPostings, and the
correction made.
