Where did you make the decision? Either Chinese or English both work for me.

What do you mean? I can see
SteNicholas
33 commits    11,471 ++    3,519 --
huangxfchn
17 commits    3,380 ++    525 --

You could check on your own.

I am not new as a part of open source, especially all kinds of events
hosted in China.
I never saw an event that could have so many people to contribute to a
project in such short term.

73 new code contributors.
I don't know what could make this done. I guess only you own knowing
what happened.
_____

Back to the start point, I don't want to keep arguing, as this already
makes me feel, the initial committer team doesn't understand what is
incubating for, and what ASF and incubator value.
**the keys to a proposal are to prove this project is not running into
an orphan project directly, and we have a clear IP clearance
continue.**
The initial committer team seems to keep trying to prove Shenyu is
already a diverse and mature community already.
>From this point, I would say NO, it isn't. Why are you keeping to
prove this? You are not graduating.

I want to hear what your mentors want to say. I don't see any of them
replied to this argument(maybe challenge)
As IPMC, we want the mentor team(initial mentors) to check and provide
some opinions on whether this project is ready for the incubator.

Please talk deeply first. Current quick replies make me less convinced
and feel backward,
I want to believe this as lacking a language(English) skill, but to be
honest, it isn't like that.
