The website looks nice, but does not meet some of the requirements:

https://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#navigation

Also the download page should mention how to find the KEYS file and
how to use sigs and hashes to check downloads.
See for example:

http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi#verify

Further, old releases must be removed from the ASF distribution mirrors.
In this case, 0.10.0 and 0.11.0.
