Ok, you can now browse each different build artifact's license,
notice, and readme file at:[README.txt,NOTICE.txt,LICENSE.txt]
- source[README.txt,NOTICE.txt,LICENSE.txt]
- lib artifact[README.txt,NOTICE.txt,LICENSE.txt]
- binary artifact

Please let me know what you think now.
