It's appreciated -- just wanted to give you some more context.

Well, we're picking the least common denominator that's likely to happen here. Splitting out
MapReduce from Hadoop is not likely to happen. Giving a project that's arguably a layer on
top of MR (a testing harness/framework for M/R applications) a chance at Incubation where
it can grow its community, increase its ability to release and produce products, and do so
at Apache, is something that's more likely to happen.
