Apache is a non-profit organization. Not saying they don't have the money to buy $50 disks
as you say for mirroring, or that the companies that releases get mirrored to don't have it
but if we can cut their expenses down that's always nice. Apache has over 80+ top level projects
that are all making releases and so forth, and a ton of Incubator projects too, and a ton
of Labs projects, so it's important to be good citizens.

I wouldn't say these are "my" restrictions either -- I've seen a number of other people over
the years on these lists make the same comment, so I'm just passing it along.
