as mentor, i'm reasonably confident that the rights are fine but the
status page was never updated

(FWIW i'm not particularly happy with the information there anyway:
it's not clear what the rights clause refers to. i would prefer
statements about particular rights transferred which could be signed
off as they are granted.)

IMO we're getting ahead of ourselves at this point

the first step when a podling is paused needs to be that the status
page is brought up to date. ideally, the source needs to be audited
and statements on the page checked.
