I think there's definately something to be said for this. In Qpid's
case it's not so much about an unwillingness to reveal it (it is,
after all, pretty easy to figure out) but about people not being
allowed to make things that could be construed as public statements
about the company they're employed by.

It's a little weird for us too, it's not something that's normally
been an issue in other FOSS projects I've been involved in, but none
of those had the same sort of formal structure that the ASF has for
