Yes it does indeed reflect my original intent.
You are reading my mind :>.

So, having read the other e-mails, it seems to me
that we can take the same approach as with the
sponsor.  This is an important potential role,
but one that is not "formally" locked into the
processes and procedures.

So under the Incubator PMC section, I can (and
will) add some text around "for particularly
complex incubations, or in cases where the
Shepherd needs assistance, the Incubator PMC may
choose to provide assistance, possibly through
assigning another experienced Shepherd
to assist in the process" - or something similar
and better worded.

Let me know if there are any objections, but I
believe that this is a good way forward.
