Uuhhmmm. Not sure but I think that it is reasonable to split
the mailing lists into user/dev/cvs from the beginning.

The only one thing I can say is that the moderators of
"three jUDDI mailing lists" should keep the piercing eyes to
the upcoming mails in order to fight against the spam mails.
I can not endure to stand by and watch the spam mails to be
injected into the sacred mailing lists in
