We would need to branch xdocs and docs. In fact only docs is used on the
web site.

I did not see the change you did in ANT_SITE. Currently you still need
to do changes in trunk, and if you change xdocs/foo.xml, you have to run
a build using docs.xml and check in the changed docs/foo.html too.
