@throws to @exception is fine, but @link is rather harder, as there just wasn't an equivalent.
There's @see, but that's considerably less useful. I guess with only 33 occurrences at the
moment it's not going to make too much difference. I should probably get hold of 1.1 at some
stage and check the bug that Bill mentioned earlier, too.

Out of interest, I can't remember whether a decision has been made about what the requirements
for Ant2 are - might everything get bumped up to Java2 at that stage? (Obviously this doesn't
really affect my current stuff, I'm just curious.) I seem to have a vague recollection that
when I first came to Ant the docs for Ant2 said that there was no guarantee that Ant2 would
work with Java 1.1, but obviously at that stage no code was being written for it.
