This is cool.

Just one comment:

In DefaultInputHandler, instead of doing 

if (request instanceof MultipleChoiceInputRequest) {
  compose prompt

please consider moving that logic to MultipleChoiceInputRequest.getPrompt()
which would override InputRequest's getPrompt() method.
