Subject [PATCH] doc changes - type, incorrect path, misc other

Howdy, a few minor patches to the main html doc:
 made install instructions regarding optional tasks a little clearer
 corrected incorrect path for optional jars under building
 incorrect path given for auxiliary optional jar location and doc
 added a little more help for optional tasks
 corrected a few minor typos and spelling errors
