You are correct; it's not recommended that case-sensitivity be enabled on Win32.  However,
the point still remains that it _may_ be case sensitive.
So, don't count on Win32 file systems being case insensitive.

I've been working with ClearCase long enough to remember the days when you didn't have a (real)
choice as to whether it was case sensitive... that was
hell.  :-)

True. However, if you're using Windows and don't make MVFS case-insensitive, is
it likely that you'll have serious problems anyway? When our company switched
to ClearCase, the instructions that were sent around for installing it had said
"IMPORTANT: you need to turn on case-insensitivity" etc.
