Martin Desruisseaux updated SIS-481:
------------------------------------
    Description: Apache SIS provides an {{XML.SCHEMAS}} property which can be set on {{Marshaller}}
for controlling the namespace used in code list and units of measurement. But to be consistent,
the namespace change should be apply on the whole XML document including the {{xmlns:gmd}}
declarations in the root \{{gmd:MD_Metadata}} element (or any other root). (was: Apache SIS
