Subject [jira] [Updated] (SIS-388) Upgrade Java platform requirement from JDK7 to JDK8

Martin Desruisseaux updated SIS-388:
------------------------------------
    Description:
Upgrade the required platform from Java 7 to Java 8. The main reason for this upgrade is to
allow the use of {{java.util.stream.Stream}} in public API. This is important because {{DataStore}}
implementations return the {{Feature}} instances in a {{Stream<Feature>}}. Other API
to leverage are {{java.time}} and (to a lesser extend) {{java.util.function}}.

See the [thread of mailing list|https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/abf82d212eb1bb2499f31c1714bde242f818c03af010e85bdc53be17@%3Cdev.sis.apache.org%3E].
