Martin Desruisseaux updated SIS-131:
------------------------------------
    Description:
We will need some kind of database for holding the Coordinate Reference Systems (CRS) definitions.
The main source of CRS definitions is the EPSG database (http://www.epsg.org), which provide
their definitions as SQL scripts. The proposal is to use the database created by those scripts
directly. We propose to support at least the following engine:

* Apache Derby (http://db.apache.org/derby)
* HSQL (http://hsqldb.org)
* PostgreSQL (http://www.postgresql.org)
* Spark (http://spark.incubator.apache.org)
* MS-Access (actually the original EPSG format)
