Actually the {{TransverseMercator}} was temporarily omitted on intend. The reason is that
it depends on SIS-288, so the SIS {{TransverseMercator}} projection can not yet be used as
a drop-in replacement of the Geotk's one.

The good new is that {{SIS-288}} is close to completion. Remi Maréchal already has a working
version on his machine. We hope to commit it this week.
