I just created a (mobile friendly) simple shell site to fill with content (while getting inspired from such sites as cordova.io), until something more awesome can (possibly) be done up. I was hoping to get feedback (and agreement) on it before committing it to the "site" folder in our SVN (and continuing to get Infra to setup a sync to "http://incubator.apache.org/ripple".
