Incorrect caching of user preferences can cause preference values to be returned from another
user or stale values on export
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JS2-1020
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS2-1020
             Project: Jetspeed 2
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Portlet Registry
    Affects Versions: 2.2.0
            Reporter: Ate Douma
            Assignee: Ate Douma
            Priority: Critical
             Fix For: 2.2.0

The cachekey used for retrieving user portlet preferences by windowId and userName (separate
set of methods used for import/export) is incorrectly not taking the userName into account.
This can cause incorrectly returning portlet preferences for another user or stale values
as the container properly uses the correct (but thus a different) key to flush cached data
on store.
