You have to create the database in mysql first!

create database j2;
create database j2test;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON j2.* TO 'chandu'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY
'chandu' WITH GRANT OPTION;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON j2test.* TO 'chandu'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY
'chandu' WITH GRANT OPTION;
