I would also like to suggest we refactor decorations and templates to follow
this same format:

/folder/subfolder/_mediatype/wml/page.psml

So instead of this (which is the current format):

/decorations/portlet/html/tigris

It would be:

/decorations/portlet/tigris/html
                           /wml
                           /vxml
etc.

This would make packaging and deploying decorations and layout templates
much easier
