I agree we should all use the same diagramming tool. DIA serves the purpose
to create UML and ER diagrams for J2.
Windows and Linux versions are available. Windows is easy to install which
isn't the case for Linux.....

If everybody uses DIA the files could be saved in it's native format and
therefore editable.

+1 on DIA
