  Added:       cps/src/java/org/apache/jetspeed/cps/jndi JNDIService.java
                        TyrexJNDIService.java
               cps/src/java/org/apache/jetspeed/cps/hsql HSQLDBServer.java
  Log:
  -Added an HSQLService to run HSQL in client/server mode
  -Added a JNDIService to allow Jetspeed to use JNDI outside of its container
