Sorry about that.  The scenario is as follows...

The current registry browsers (portlet, skin, security,...) all have the 
ability to page through the entries if there are more than X (I think it's 10 
or 15) entries.  I have found in some of the browsers, the links didn't show up 
or they were not correctly created and prevented a user from paging to the next 
page.  The best example of this may be the client or media browser.  I believe 
that there are more than 1 pages worth of entries, but you only see 1 page.

Some of these file might have been fixed by other patches during the registry 
editor refactoring.  I can't rememeber.

So, in terms of testing, keep creating entries in the various browsers until 
you see whether you can page across them or not.

Also, in some browsers, you the previous page link did not work because it did 
not include the start value.
