[Update] Refactored registry editors

           Summary: [Update] Refactored registry editors
           Product: Jetspeed
           Version: 1.4b5-dev / CVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Registry
        AssignedTo: jetspeed-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: caius1440@hotmail.com

I have refactored the existing registry editors and made some updates to the
velocity files. This patch will be the basis of future patches that will
include the other registry editors that are not yet implemented.

Please note: Documentation is still lacking. I will log the documentation in
a separate log later on. This will most likely be velocity patches with inline
doc.

p.s. Any ideas on how to get validation messages back to the user would be
appreciated. My current idea is to create an exception class that has a getId
method, and then lookup that id when populating the context. Currently, the
excpetion message is passed along the redirect. I don't like this too much.
Plus, I would like to internationlize this someday...
