Subject RE: removing Port no 8080
Date Fri, 25 Apr 2003 06:54:29 GMT

Hi Alexia,

I don't know exactly what's your trouble, but you can try setting the port
of Tomcat 4 in tomcat/conf/server.xml (around line 90) :

    <!-- Define a non-SSL Coyote HTTP/1.1 Connector on port 8080 -->
    <Connector className="org.apache.coyote.tomcat4.CoyoteConnector"
               port="8080" minProcessors="5" maxProcessors="75"
               enableLookups="true" redirectPort="8443"
               acceptCount="500" debug="0" connectionTimeout="20000"
               useURIValidationHack="false" disableUploadTimeout="true" />

Change the port value to 80 ?

HTH,
Aurelien
