Sorry to make so many posts about this....

anyway, answering my own question, changing the "all"
elements to sequences DOES cause backwards
incompatibility with the PSML documents that the
JetspeedProfilerService currently creates.

However, this can be resolved by switching the order
in which these elements are listed in the "sequence"
groups in the new psml.xsd to they the way which
JetspeedProfilerService currently happens to arrange
its elements...

attached is a newer version of psml.xsd which not only
is a valid xsd, but which can be used to successfully
validate existing psml documents created by the
JetspeedProfilerService & CastorPsmlManager.
