Spark has a robust execution model with the following features that are not part of phoenix
* Scalable
* fault tolerance with lineage (Handles large intermediate results)
* memory management for tasks
* Resource Management (Fair Scheduling)
* Additional SQL Features (Windowing ,etc.)
* Machine Learning Libraries
