Hi Satya,

  Unless you call NEXT VALUE FOR on a sequence *the first time*, you
wouldn't be getting the CURRENT VALUE .   So , instead of getting the
CURRENT VALUE, you can get the NEXT VALUE and then pass to your upsert
query.
