I think 'low hanging fruit' is a good idea, 
just need to document it in some place for new comers to understand the meanings.

"lhf" denotes it is "easy" already, but was afraid of "help-wanted" 
because that is almost every issue that is open... right?

Ah! That's what we called it "help wanted" but it looks like we haven't
been very good at labeling issues.
