I can confirm it works with Axis2 1.5... well, at least on my machine I
can't reproduce the issue after more than 50 runs of the test-case
attached... so I would recommend upgrading to Axis2 1.5 on both Ode 1.x
branch and trunk.

I'm not sure where this Git branch is.. I looked around on github but didn't
find anything.
