Most likely your namespace bindings in deploy.xml don't match your
process/services namespaces.

	xmlns:pns="http://ode/bpel/unit-test"
	xmlns:wns="http://ode/bpel/unit-test.wsdl"
	xmlns:calcEngine="http://localhost:8080/axis/CalculationService.jws">


Double-check the "pns" and "wns" prefixes above.
