Yes, the 1.1 branch is temporarily in flux while Maciej is merging code from
the "extvar" branch.

In the mean time, you can use the following stable revision on the 1.1branch,

svn co -r 594643 http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ode/branches/APACHE_ODE_1.1
ode-1.1-r594643
