Hi Anup,

You must initialize your "output" variable (the "payload" part) before you
an assign into the "tns:response" element, e.g.,

<bpel:copy>
    <bpel:from>
        <bpel:literal><tns:response/></bpel:literal>
    </bpel:from>
    <bpel:to>$output.payload<bpel:to>
<bpel:copy>
