I cant send cause software is at a customer site and
they dont have internet. Are there not any samples
of java code ( Service Unit ) sending a Message Exchange
to start up a BPEL?    My message content is as follows;
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope
xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
 <SOAP-ENV:Body>
<JAXB-MSG-Content>
    .....  more xml
</JAXB-MSG-Content>
 </SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>
