    Instead of doing all this, can we just "attach" "...../run/latest" to the files actor
when we attach the ".../run/<run-id>"? See `Framework::addExecutor` and `Framework::recoverExecutor`
in slave.cpp. Look for `files->attach(...)`. That to me seems more straightforward?
